Fondly known as Manhattan’s Most, Louise is an extravagant Soho dining experience. Boasting an unexpectedly bold menu of Danish cuisine and lavishly maximalist interior, Louise is a celebration of fierce and unapologetic femininity.

Louise's visual aesthetic draws inspiration from two distinct cultural realms within Denmark—the lavish grandeur of the Danish monarchy and the uninhibited ethos of Christiania, an anarchist community known for its open drug trade. Despite their inherent disparities, both cultures reject Scandinavian minimalism in favor of bold excess.

Reflecting the vibrant cultures that serve as its muse, Louise's maximalist style resonates with boldness, audacity, and a fearless attitude. Its dynamic color palette, marked by striking contrasts, pays homage to iconic women who have faced criticism for their daring choices.

Louise's primary logo exudes a sense of grandeur and spontaneity, as if Louise herself left her signature lipstick mark on a napkin in haste, yet with unmistakable flair. In contrast, the secondary logo exudes an elegant boldness, serving as a perfect counterbalance.
